The first meeting is free. You tell me about your wishes and expectations, about what is important to you and about the experience you want to live. I will tell you what support I can offer you.

In the end, we decide together if it is right for us to move on.

We determine the date, location, number of guests, budget, style, priorities and required services. These benchmarks help us make our next decisions with confidence.

I search, check and filter suppliers, then present you with a few options that match your style, budget, availability and desires. The final choice is yours.

We build the team according to the needs of the wedding: photographer, videographer, DJ or band, decorator, florist, makeup artist, hairstylist, cake supplier, stationery, transport and other people who are part of your story.

We centralize contracts, offers, payments, deadlines, schedule, timeline and contacts. We also prepare a contingency plan B so that the important things are clear before the wedding day.

Providers know where they need to be and when. I follow the schedule, keep in touch with the teams and manage the situations that I can solve directly, so that you can stay present with your loved ones.

After the celebration, I review outstanding services and payments, confirm the venue handover and make sure vendors collect their equipment and other items.

I stay in touch with the photo and video teams about the agreed deadlines and confirm with you when the photos and film have been delivered. Producing and delivering those materials remains the vendors' responsibility under their contracts with you.

My on-site coordination ends at the time agreed in our contract. After these final checks, we bring our collaboration to a clear and thoughtful close.
